J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mercor (San Francisco, CA) en juin 2026
Entretien
1st Stage – Recruiter Screen
2nd Stage – Chief of Staff Interview (Behavioral)
3rd Stage – 3-Hour Onsite (Final) – Sourcing Exercise (1 hour), Mercor Pitch, Sourcing Review, Interview with Chief of Staff, Interview with Recruiter
The onsite itself was poorly organized. The team was pleasant enough, but looking back, the entire process felt like a waste of time. I drove over two hours for the onsite and wasn't given parking instructions until 15 minutes before my interview — by which point I'd already paid $35 out of pocket. Most of the interviewers seemed disorganized and unclear on what they were even interviewing me for. Overall, I walked away feeling like the time, effort, and money I invested weren't taken into account. To make matters worse, I received a generic rejection email afterward and they ignored my request for feedback. A genuinely disappointing process.

This company is the worst. They don’t post salaries for recruiter roles only (which is illegal) and they want employees to not only work in office Monday through Friday, but also expect employees to work full days on Saturday as well.
So, if you’d like to work for a company that from the very start is going to overwork their employees have no thought for work life balance and is fine posting illegal job listings this is the place for you!
Also, once you do hear the pay it’s laughably low when you divide the number of hours they expect into what would be your hourly pay.

Two weeks after applied there was a group interview with all other candidates in same session. However, the whole process feels bizarre because the hiring manager who is non HR interviewed all of us. Then came offer stage no reply to my questions despite following up repeatedly. Very unprofessional
