It was calm. They don’t do the AI call anymore I don’t think. I’ve noticed that in their recruiter calls they really favor founders or if you have ever held a founding role at a company definitely a plus.

The interview process was disorganized and inconsistent. My initial recruiter call was cancelled two hours before the scheduled time and rescheduled for the following week. After passing that stage, I was invited to a case interview, which was then rescheduled multiple times by different recruiters, creating confusion about the final confirmed time. On the day of the final interview, I joined the scheduled call on time, but no interviewer joined. I had also spent significant time preparing the case materials provided in advance. I contacted the recruiter multiple times and they never emailed me back. Overall, the lack of coordination and communication made the process very difficult and the fact they did not respond after I emailed several times was very disappointing to see.
