It was held over Zoom by a panel of 3 team members in the same department. it was about 60-90 minutes long. Each person had a list of questions. I noticed one member did not show their video. Not sure if there were more people with her or not.

Normal standard situational questions. Individual interviews with various levels of management, no panel interview. Interview occurred about 3 weeks after submitting application, No secondary interviews. Environment was friendly and not overly formal.

Merck’s process moved fast! Within a week of applying for the AD role, I was invited to a Microsoft Teams interview with the hiring manager to discuss the next steps.

Had a one-on-one call with the line manager, and discussed the role + responsibilities. Was invited to give a one-hour virtual presentation to the hiring panel, and had a panel interview after the seminar.
