Application, then a totally unnecessary and probably ineffective "sales assessment" test that takes about 2 hours of your time. Then a phone screen which was very basic. So basic that I wonder if it was done just to hit their metrics. I'm not sure if they have those or not, but I'm left wondering what was the point of it. No response after several quick and polite follow ups. Total time: 3 weeks. Job status still open.
Was organized and went through the process quickly. From application to job offer was under 30 days. There were two screening phone calls, one with the hiring manager and one with HR, and a panel interview.
Usual discussion based on random questions about your previous experience, asking about customer’s relationship management, achievements, responsibilities and your skills set. 3 rounds procedure including 2 online and 1 offline sessions. Easygoing people and friendly process
