Entretien
Interviewed with four people in at separate times in a conference room. Questions were prepared from HR and all different questions. I was sent a request to come back for a 2nd interview which I accepted, but was never contacted with the time. I had to reach back out to them, and then was told the hiring manager canceled the 2nd interview. Very unprofessional.

Good process, approach and professional, I really enjoyed speaking with them and worked with the HR team think they really care about employees and candidates. Highly recommend this firm. Instruction is clear and communication is timely.

Entretien
It was wonderful all around. The interviewer was a nice person, was easy to talk to. I didn't feel like I was super pressured one way or the other throughout the entire process. They seemed very knowledgeable about the position and what it entailed.

What are my long term goals and what am I looking for
Behavioral interview, be prepared to tell stories. They seem more focused on this than actual accomplishments on resume. It's a lot of "what would you do in this situation?" Just prepare for a behavioral interview and you'll be okay.
