I applied through career services at my school. They emailed me to schedule a phone interview, and after that I went to the office downtown for an in-person interview. The interview lasted about 30 or 35 minutes, mostly about education history and relevant classes. Pretty basic stuff. They asked what I knew about the pharma industry (current events, recent developments etc.) nothing unexpected.
