Not sure how many rounds since the recruiter ghosted me. The recruiter missed our scheduled screening with no notice, then rescheduled it with the wrong time zone. I don’t call out the mistake and show up to the meeting. They missed that meeting too, emailing an hour later claiming they was sick. When she asked to reschedule a third time, I sent my availability and was ghosted. Would not recommend.
