I just finished with the Orientation process and it was the best experience I had, and I have worked with many different companies but none that showed the most compassion and respect for employees.

I applied through Indeed and I was contacted by the HR Manager, Selena. We had a Zoom interview and later that week I was notified that they wanted to move forward with me. She sent me all the necessary paperwork that I needed to submit and lead me through the onboarding process. She got me signed up for Merchant Tree training and orientation, which was extremely thorough and very helpful. Then I was sent a welcome box with some cool Merchant Tree goodies, as well as information packets to further help me in my position. I really enjoyed the whole interview and onboarding process and it was fairly quick and easy. They help you with everything.
