Applied after attending Mercer's on-campus information session. First interview was an hour long, divided into two interviews - a behavioral and a case interview. I was then invited back for the second and final round, a super-day at the Mercer LA Office. The day consisted of 5 interviews in 5 hours -- 2 behavioral, 2 case interviews, and a project. I heard back within 3 days that I didn't get the offer.
