2nd stage: computer literacy test (MS Office)
3rd stage: interview with team manager and general questions:
- knowledge about mercer (what I know about the firm, what I think I'm gonna do there)
- interests and descibing yourself
- work experience (pros and cons of ex employer, decribing ex duties)
- salary expectations
