Was referred to the job internally and was never given a recruiter. A THM principal reach out to me personally and suggested an informational interview. After this interview, and over the course of 2 months, I would receive emails from various THM members requesting to interview me intermittently. The longest lull between interviews was a full month and there was no communication in-between. Many of my emails regarding timelines for filling the role went unanswered, and I was only ever contacted for interview requests. After 6 rounds of interviews, and 2.5 months since I first applied, I was told they would get back to me in a week. A week went by, and they pushed the decision date by another week, even though I let them know that the decision was time-sensitive for me since I had another offer that was waiting for my response. After that, it was radio silence. I'm very happy this opportunity didn't work out because all they managed to do throughout the course of 3 months was waste my time and dangle an offer in my face while making me sit through hours of interviews. Please do not waste your time with this unprofessional, and disrespectful company, least oof all their Total Health Management business.

How do you manage different projects and deadlines?
It was personable, thorough, and welcoming. All levels of the process were clearly communicated. Interview questions were fair and engaged. All members of interview panel were friendly and insightful. Overall, a wonderful interview experience!
