I was very disappointed by the interview process at Mercer. After applying through my university, I was given a first round one-way digital interview through HireVue. I was given just two days over the weekend to complete it. In my opinion, it says something about a company if they send you something on Friday afternoon to complete it for the following Monday. Nonetheless, I completed the interview promptly and never heard anything back. I had to deliberately email the recruiter to ask if I had proceeded to the next round. Of course I hadn't but it would have been nice to receive the information without asking.

4, 30-minute behavioral interviews with superiors in your location. No case studies which makes it much more personal. The HireVue was pretty basic and easy enough. They give you unlimited attempts so it's easy to do well.
