J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mercer (Chicago, IL) en oct. 2019
Entretien
I was very disappointed by the interview process at Mercer. After applying through my university, I was given a first round one-way digital interview through HireVue. I was given just two days over the weekend to complete it. In my opinion, it says something about a company if they send you something on Friday afternoon to complete it for the following Monday. Nonetheless, I completed the interview promptly and never heard anything back. I had to deliberately email the recruiter to ask if I had proceeded to the next round. Of course I hadn't but it would have been nice to receive the information without asking.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
I was given 30 seconds to look at a healthcare benefits plan that would be presented to the client. I was asked to describe several changes I might make to the layout of the information.

4, 30-minute behavioral interviews with superiors in your location. No case studies which makes it much more personal.
The HireVue was pretty basic and easy enough. They give you unlimited attempts so it's easy to do well.

A very good experience. Their recruiters are very experienced and cordial, and their case questions are well-measured and appropriate. They were also honest about the difficulties of the job, so that I wouldn't get a nasty surprise if/when I start.
- Quick phone call connecting with associates
- Final round with various partners of the firm + more senior associates
Largely behavioral, no cases
Asked about interest in Mercer, interest in the healthcare practice
Overall process took a couple of weeks (from first call to second, there was a bit of a time cap, but quickly moved faster after that)
