Entretien
It felt like a conversation and they were able to answer any questions I had. Mercer seems like a great company with lots of opportunities for career development and I am very keen to start my career there.

There were a lot of contingency based questions so I had to answer them as best as I could and give examples from previous experiences. The questions were very easy to answer and there was nothing difficult to catch you out. The questions were all related to the role so they were looking to see if you would be a good fit for the company and role.
