Firstly, two people introduced themselves, one of which provided a deeper introduction into his function. The atmosphere was rather relaxed at first. During the interview, the atmosphere got less welcoming, however.

Als Erstes hab es eine Coding Aufgabe die es zu Lösen galt.
Ganz lockeres erstes Gespräch mit Teamleiter und 2 fachlichen Kollegen, bei dem es um mich ging, anschließend ein kleines Review meines Codes. Dann auf meinen Wunsch hin noch ein Gespäch mit mehreren zukünftigen Kollegen.

Initial online interview with questions about my resume and past work experiences. Presentation of the position and the working environment. (1h) Second online technical interview with in-depth technical questions and hands-on software development. (3h) The position was listed in Berlin but bi-weekly travel to Stuttgart was a requirement.
