Smooth interview process, but they can ghost, so please beware. Had my interview in the middle of February, and was asked situational questions so that they (the hiring manager, the manager, and the HR rep) could get a feel for who I am. Was told I would be hearing back from them after their interview process was done, but after four weeks and the job posting being taken down, it's safe to say I have been ghosted after numerous attempts at reaching out to the recruiter, which is incredibly unprofessional to do to folks taking days off in an economy and job-market that is in an awful state. If you're reading this as a recruiter, please understand that we know that you're dealing with so many people reaching out to you, but in this job market where people are incredibly desperate to earn a stable income, it's incredibly unprofessional to ghost. It is also safe to say that after having been ghosted, I will not seek any more employment opportunities at all in the future with MBV.

it was pretty easy, they didn't ask any technical questions. They cared about interpersonal skills and ability to learn as much as possible. They were very friendly and told me about their work life balance
