After applying for job from their official website. I got response in around 10 days. I received link for online assessments in 3 steps as follows: Factors Test, Logiks Test and Technical Test.

In technical test questions included concepts from dyno test chart, fluid system schematics, GD&T and calculation of electric circuit.

Entretien
Full-day assessment centre. 4 different interviewers with some technical questions and some personality and behavioural questions. One group activity at the end. Nothing specifically difficult. Just basic physics and mechanics questions. Need to prepare to explain with your own experience.
