Applied online and heard back within 3 days, with the recruiter arranging a telephone interview. The telephone interview went well and I was advised I would hear back within a few days. She also advised that the interview process would consist of 4 stages. About 5 days later I had an email saying I was unsuccessful, so thanked them and asked for further feedback but never received a reply.
