I applied for a transfer within NHD from an outpatient therapist position to that of clinical supervisor using their on-line portal. The 7 candidates chosen to be interviewed were all known to the clinic’s director, as we were Master's level Fee-for-Service therapists within his local clinic. The position was posted in-house for approximately 3 weeks. Interviews were conducted over a 2 week period and the decision was made shortly thereafter. The candidate who was chosen had worked at the clinic one year longer than I and had more experience running therapy groups than I have.
