The interview process, initially, was very good. Great HR people and internal recruiter who was very approachable and like able. The second interview was kind of cold and did not help me understand what they were looking for, made it difficult to prove I was a good fit.

None really. After the initial interview, the follow up discussion was very awkward and the interviewers did not seem to really understand what they needed or were interviewing for.
