I never had as weird of an experience as I had here. I was contacted but I was never even given a JD. The CEO had reached out to me on Linkedin, asking if I would be interested in a role. I replied and we set up the call. The initial call with HR was alright, but when we had the video interview, the CEO was almost 45 minutes late, and it was just me and the HR in a silent meeting. She only asked me about my CV. It was very weird, in the sense that she did not ask me anything with regards to the role. They had offered me the job but did not tell me the JD.
