I wish I had read these review before I started the interview process with this organization. I had three 1-hour long interviews including 1 with the founder. The interviews were rigorous. But then, I was informed the 4th interview would be to prepare and present a 15 minute deck. This would be a serious undertaking so I wrote back and asked that, to make sure we are on the same page, could they provide the hiring process, a written job description and the salary range for this position. Crickets. Supposedly adult employers would not provide even basic information before asking for hours worth of free labor. And ghosted at that! I have never written a review of any job experience until now, I am just so surprised that an employer could behave so unprofessionally.

This was one of the longest and most rigorous interview processes I've gone through. It was very draining and time consuming. I believe I went through 5 rounds which was difficult given that I was still working another job and had to take off multiple days.
