HR contacted me to schedule the interview. She was polite, but she couldn’t clearly explain the role or its responsibilities. When I arrived at the office, I was greeted by someone, but there was no introduction to the company or the team. During the first in-person interview, no one asked me questions about my background or professional experience, which I found unusual. Overall, the experience was not positive. The first interview was conducted on-site and lasted four hours. I was told that the second interview would be with the AI lead, followed by a third interview with HR. Disclosure: I did not pass the interview.
