I started with an HR screening, which went well, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, which also went great. However, the interview with the CMO wasn't as pleasant. After a month and a half, I still haven't heard back from them regarding whether the position is relevant to me or not

It was an interview with the HR. She first asked me about my relevant experience and after that told me that if my direct manager will find me relevant they will contact me. My experience and knowledge were super relevant but still they decided to move forward with other candidates.
