J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Menards (Schererville, IN) en avr. 2025
Entretien
Waited for a late and absent manager to interview me. Asked me to fill out a sheet of paper with information I already filled out on the application. Gave me a paper that just essentially asked me if I was going to steal from the company but in 20 different variations. Began normal interview after filling out. Immediate and obvious disappointment I couldn't be at their beck and call to close at 10PM. Was never mentioned in job listing, which actually just said they were "flexible" with scheduling. They are not. If you can't close twice a week you need not apply. I also thought it was very unprofessional the manager walked away and never even offered to shake my hand.
