It is a 3 stage process with a phone interview, skype interview and then an in-person interview with a role play phone call. Then they walk you through the compensation plan in a lot of detail and try to learn more about you to see if you would enjoy the culture.

The interview process with memoryBlue was straightforward, organized, and for a lack of a better word attentive.
The interview process (for me) was 4 interviews:
1. Initial contact with memoryBlue recruiter, (basic questions and feeling out candidate)
2. Interview with memoryBlue staff manager
3. Interview with managing director
4. Interview with managing director (in person) for a sales call and call analysis overview, function & compensation overview.
Overall I felt like the whole process was attentive, I felt valued as a candidate, communicated with regularly. You could even say it was a model-like process of how it should be,
