Can seem lengthy compared to other hospitals but in this case it’s for good reason. Starts with phone interview with recruiter, then in person interviews on the unit, a long wait…..then a host of administrative things

it was an ai interview. they asked a couple of questions and i had to answer. kinda felt like talking to chat gpt. was not too bad it was 30 mins but finished in 15 mins
