Interviews were all behavioral with the general questions. Overall, went from not hearing back for a few weeks after the informational to getting a text to schedule a time to do a series of 4-45minute interviews and getting the confirmation for these interviews the night before. Not overall organized. The offer came a week later from a random HR person unconnected from the department which made negotiation a long process.
