Spoke with HR over the phone went into the city for an interview. Went over resume and work experiences and then met with several members of the actual research team. Went over some scenarios and why I was interested and how my experiences were in any way related. Received an email a few days later with an offer. Seems like a great place to work but required commuting and a 2 year commitment so I was unable to accept.

Efficient and professional. After submitting my resume in response to the job posting I was interested in, I received a call back within a week and was in the MSKCC offices for interviews within two weeks.

Call from HR department who matched me with a team a few months later, had an in person interview with the team. They were all really nice. Was then followed up and was placed on an alternative team which had a completely different dynamic and culture than my interview.

I was called about 2 weeks after applying online, and scheduled a phone screen interview. The phone screen took about 10 minutes and I was asked pretty generic questions about my research experience and clinical experience. They then said I would need to come in for 2 more interviews over the next month, which seemed a little excessive.
