I waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled time before being seen and Alison seemed disappointed to see me. She asked the same questions during the phone interview at the on-site interview which felt like a waste of time since i travelled from out of town on my own expense to come to the interview. She did not know much about the EP field and tried proceeded to denounce my experience. Overall, it felt like I was brought in to meet a diversity interviewee quota to maintain their funding. I never heard from her again.
