Interviewed with a hiring manager over the phone, then an in-person interview with a panel of the SLP team. Toured their office and the units where they see their patients. Also shadowed two SLPs as they moved through their patients.

Interviewed at TIRR Kirby Glen. The interview consists of one hour of shadowing an SLP during a session, a one-hour group interview with the therapy team, and a one-hour interview with the leadership. Questions are not hard but the interview process is grueling, so make sure you're well-rested and prepared for back-to-back clinical and behavioral questions.
