HR was so incompetent, could not comprehend / pretended to not understand my emails on scheduling so kept rushing me to schedule asap for interviews and case, yet could not answer basic questions about compensation, benefits and such, later blaming it on the fact that she’s new, though there was no follow up nor “i’ll check” until escalation. After escalating to hiring manager I was given the deadline I requested for the final round but the reasons given for not going forward with my application after was shallow and random as I made sure to ask at the end of interview whether I had covered that criteria for them. It made me feel they already made up their mind went through with the interview process so as not to make their recruitment process look like a flop, but def felt my time was wasted due to the incompetence of their own HR.
