Made it through three rounds: HR, Direct Manager, and then a panel interview with an assignment. The assignment could have been more instructive since the panel was quite nitpicky with what I submitted. The intention was to get a feel for how I think, yet it was clear they wanted it done how they would do it, which is fine, but don't have HR spend time emphasizing how they want people who are different when that's not the case. I was also confused as to why certain people were on the panel because when I asked, "How often would this position work with you?" they said, not really. Ok, so why are you interviewing me?
Salary is also low.
