Entretien
I began with a phone interview, mostly generic behavior questions, what are my goals, why I would be good for the job etc.
I was invited for a group interview in NYC. After a team did a presentation on the company, we were asked to present ourselves in a 3 minute introduction including goals and passions.
We had to break into teams and pick a client and pitch the Meltwater package of services to them in from of the other candidates.
We were then asked to do 2 rounds of sales pitches, the first we had to sell ourselves and the second we had to sell a product, we had about 1 minute for each of these. There was no prep time.
The sales team presented the company as allowing for a lot of quick growth and flexibility but I felt that this position was essentially based on cold-calling. This was not the job for me and I did not move on to the final round of interviewing before the panel.
