Pretty condensed and practically focused. Meaning, they put you on the test to confirm that you are skilled for the role via three stages. First one is a phone interview, in which an HR manager asks about your experience, expectations, why you’re leaving, expected salary and so forth. Second stage was a language practical test where they test your skills in writing. There’s an initial assignment to work on, where they tend to test your skills in PowerPoint and Excel. After sending this in, you’re in your last stage in which a 75 minutes e-meeting is conducted to make sure you are the right candidate. That meeting is with the c-level team.

A lot of scenario based questions and a technical take-home assignment. Big red flag was that they refused to disclose the salary even after asking twice, once in the initial interview and again in the final interview. I've also heard that Meltwater underpays so that's most likely why, but extremely shady to go through a 3 stage interview process while refusing to even disclose a salary range.
