J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Meltwater (Charlotte, NC) en févr. 2017
Entretien
Met MD for coffee. Panel interview a few weeks later in the morning. Then they determine if you're invited back that afternoon. Tough for people currently working another job! The "call back" is another panel style, but it's only you and the same internal people.
The second part is overdone and unnecessary. They make the role out to be that of a senior executive which it is not. The questions weren't necessarily "difficult" - they just try and throw you and pick you apart to see how you handle criticism. Asking tough probing questions is important in the interview process. However, their approach of being aggressive, hostile and overly critical is useless as you don't learn anything about the candidate other than their ability to bs and navigate uncomfortable situations. Companies should be welcoming during the interview process and interest should feel mutual.
