I was emailed by the manager and asked to skype for an interview, after the skype call of about an hour she already gave me a lot of feedback about my answers and my professional presence. After that I was invited for an in person interview with a panel and then an informal coffee with some other managers to see if i was a good fit with the rest of the team.
It wasnt clear in my interview, but there is like, no HR at this company. Like 4 people for all EMEA or something ridiculous like that. Those people are great but they cannot possibly do everything HR for a company of this size needs to do so be prepared for everything around contract and contract renewals to be very sloppy if your line manager isnt on top of things.
