Campus interview
The hiring process was different and fairly simple.
- First round was a PPT round, they did not have any aptitude rounds or such. The students were made into teams of 4 or 5 and were given a problem statement.
The teams were made to prepare a PPT and give a presentation stating the kind of approach they would have to solve the given problem. The valuation Is done on the basis of your communication skills, the way you deliver the ppt and your language. They do ask few questions on ur PPT and be prepared to answer them confidently. After this round they allow the winning to team members to attend the next round and also pick few students from other teams as well. So it's a team effort and individual effort is also monitored.
- Second round was a technical round which was simple, they asked me few questions on NoSql, python and asked about the projects I had worked. Basically they ask questions on the technologies you have mentioned on ur resume. It is good to have NodeJs , Python ,NoSql, RDBMS and AWS knowledge.
Although I was offered and accepted the internship, the things that happened there after I joined is a different story. Hope my review will be up soon.
