Two part interview process:
1) group interview - learning about the company, introducing yourself, work in smaller groups to come up with a company that could benefit from Meltwater's services and explain way, sixty second passion pitch
if you are successful in the group interview you will be asked back for an individual interview that same day...this part of the interview process is much more intense than the group portion...it will be you vs about ten current employees
made it past the screening, learned from hiring manager they expect 150 dials per day, which is insane. you are a full cycle rep, how are you supposed to run any demos and close any deals if you are dialling 150 times per day. Not to mention the base pay is trash. what a joke.

Very kind and supportive team! However, I felt that the interviewer was not quite engaged from the beginning. Overall, great experience and enjoyed the process. The interview left me feeling excited about the opportunity and what it would be like to work at the company!
