I have applied to this position and just on the day after they contacted me via email :). After a short conversation via email we scheduled a phone interview for the following week. The vibe of the conversation was great and energetic, no pressure at all but, just to get to know you know, I guess. After 10 minutes I invited for an open house in their office, kind of a networking with the company employees and other candidates.
