I applied on Linkedin on mid July and notification on 7 Aug. The HR was difficult to reach and it took nearly 2 weeks for scheduling an interview. I dropped them an email and received reply 2 days/ 3 days after. However, they scheduled a phone interview and moved to next step - with hiring manager. They just called me 2 hours in advance for called off the interview with hiring manager and informed me she had another appointment. Anyway, very disrespectful and no follow up about the reschedule of the interview. After few times chasing, they finally told me that they want to move another candidate to next step. I believe your company should review the recruitment process to avoid such uncomfortable experience.

Very informal and relaxed but came across slightly disorganized. This was a while ago so maybe it changed. Overall seems like a great place to work but it's very informal

I had a pleasant interview experience; the atmosphere was welcoming and the interviewers were genuinely interested in my thoughts and experiences. Their questions were thoughtful, making the entire process feel engaging and respectful.
