The interview was not well planned and did not seem like an interview at all. With many silences, I had to step in and ask quite a few questions to fill the gaps. You will meet with 2 employees for the first interview (but don't expect to be asked any questions or anything about your work background...oddly) and the final interview lasted maybe 5 minutes with the owner and no questions were asked there either. The only question asked by the owner was if I was told what the job duties would be.
