I was contacted by the Dir. Talent Acquisition and had three rounds of interviews, one phone call with the Dir. TA, one phone call with the hiring manager and the third round was on-site with four staff members: Hiring Mgr, Benefits Specialist, VPHR, & CEO. The process took few weeks because I was on vacation, otherwise it would have taken two or three weeks top.
