J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Melissa & Doug (Wilton, CT)

Long and laughable. You spend most of your time on a headset listening to calls. They place you with veterans calling toy stores. When you get the job you are not calling toy stores rather Hospital gift shops and campgrounds.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Melissa & Doug (New York, NY) en oct. 2015

My first interview was over the phone including a sales test. Next was an interview at their office. It's a friendly atmosphere. You will be tested a couple of times.
I did not get a job offer. But I felt good about the environment and they seemed to be very flexible about your work hours.

Question 1
Why do you see yourself in a fast paced environment?
J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Melissa & Doug (New Haven, CT) en mars 2015

3 Interviews, plus a brief one on the phone. Its all about role-play. over and over again, probably with 15 different people. When they don't have time for you they put you to listen to calls from veterans calling toy stores. The hole process took about 3 months. Ridiculous! You spend at least two/three hole days there. The last 10 minutes of the third interview you meet Melissa, if she don't like you, you don't get the job, regardless of what the other recruiters have told you or want. They promote themselves in a way that makes you want to go there, sounds fun right?. But its all BS, the HR department don't have a clue what their doing, seems like headless chickens running around. No structure at all. I worked in recruitment for many years and I was ashamed on their behalf for the lack of knowledge they were showing in every aspect of the process. As many before me have written here; do yourself a favor and stay away. And, no I did not get an offer.
