The entire interview process took about 1.5 weeks. I submitted my resume directly to the manager's email, got called next day to schedule an interview in their office. The interview went really well, the manager like me shared some of the experiences I have with programming. The on-site interview took about 20 mins, and I love the experience because there's no pressure during the interview.

HR Call- Asked for salary expectations and availability. Scheduled an on-site, in-person interview: Supervisor for the position doesn't posess much knowledge on the technical aspects. Director was awesome. Sent out-come e-mail on following week.
