First you have a phone interview with your potential direct boss. They ask easy questions about your availability and what kind of job you're looking for. Then you'll have an in person interview with the boss above her/him. This interview is really easy because she/he basically just explains Meijer's philosophy and the store history. You just do a lot of listening with a couple questions thrown in. Finally you'll have an in person interview with the store manager. This is the most intimidating interview but the manager is actually quite friendly so just relax and be yourself. All the interviews are completed in about a week.
