The first round was on my college campus and was just getting to know me as a person and what I was involved with on campus/previous work experience. The second round was at the headquarters in Grand Rapids. It was two consecutive 30 minute interviews with two people each time. These questions were mostly behavioral and situational with some experiences included.

Situational Questions - be able to describe the approach you took in different situations
Make Sure you have an elevator speech ready to present
