It was really easy. Basic information and how you would handle certain situations. Basically if you seemed to care then you got the job as long as you passed a background check.

Was there a time when you were in a difficult situation and if so, how did you handle it?
Very easy interview they asked about your past experience and it’s a phone call first and then in person. Once you pass both of the process you interview with the store director sometimes or you just get hired in.

Scheduled phone interview after application was submitted. Was scheduled over email. Interview was short maybe 10 minutes at most. Basic questions to assess work ethic and experience. Offer was provided via email after the interview.

Met with a department manager. Not the person who was scheduled to do the interview. Most questions were about my availability and work history at a previous employer for a cashier job
