Easy and smooth. Video interview and online personality questionnaire to begin with. This is followed by a personal interview with department and/or Program Director. Straightforward - asked about fit, strengths/weaknesses, attitudes toward company values, etc. I interviewed right before the Covid Shutdowns. They decided not to fill the position.

First round was done through video responses. Received a follow up within a week. Two virtual interviews back to back each lasted an hour and was interviews by 2 people in each call. Really great interview process.

It was Hirevue interview , relatively easy but confusing alternating between voice answers and written answers. The written answers did not have a time limit. I don't think I would be taking part in anymore of these video interviews. In my opinion, it isn't a test of of competence.
