Quick and easy, it was just a basic question about how I would fit in as an employee. What kind of hours I could work, and what my college schedule is like. What the former skill that I have that could help me with my job as a cashier. How would I interact with customers that have question or issue with the price of an object what would I do? Also, what is a good way to deal with an upset customer?

They are good interviewers. They are passionate about making meijer a better place and learning more about groceries. It was a very comforting and welcoming place. Have lots of answers prepared as they ask a lot of questions based on previous work.

It was a 20 minute interview. The manager was asking questions too fast. I was able to answer all the questions. He have me signed an employment agreement before doing the background check. He told me my salary per hour is $14 and that they would call me for my orientation day but didn’t heard any from them. When I looked at my job application status on their career app it says no longer under consideration.
