Excellent and organized process. Management at all interview levels make potential employees feel important and their focus is on being honest and up front about the job duties and the pay and benefits. Everyone was friendly and made it easy to really want to work there. They followed up within 2 days about next interview.

Somehow the location I was interviewing for was incorrect. When I completed the phone interview, I was told there would be a discussion of other positions. The 1st 2 people I was interviewed by were amazing. They were very friendly and made me feel at ease. I was moved onto the 2nd interview. However, this is where I was given my hourly pay rate; I politely declined, got up and walked out.

The interview process was mostly good. The interview itself seemed to go smoothly. Knowing something about the history of the company can be quite useful. The interviewer was friendly. It was like a conversation.

I had a phone interview and then came in for a interview with the manager. It was simple and they were going to give me the job but I said I couldn't work on Saturday mornings.
